What can I take with me onto the plane?

Since August 2006, after some terrorists actually tried to take liquids on board planes in an attempt to blow one up, restrictions have been enforced around the globe to prevent this from being possible. Basically if you take any liquid onto a plane measures have been put in place to remove it from you and you will either have to place it in the hold or leave it behind.

Each airport is different so it is safer to take none. Even water is not allowed. Domestic restrictions are less onerous.

Certain medications are allowed and generally quantities of most fluids  less than 100ml may be ok, but i had small toothpaste tubes taken off me in the USA.( they were given to me by Qantas too!)

Medications are exempt, but you need to have this covered with a letter.

So don't take that Chanel  Number 5 with you!!!
